I had a lovely stay with a nice pool area and beautiful mountain views. The facilities were clean and offered lots of options for relaxation. However, I faced some issues with stained towels in my room that were quite disappointing. Also, I ran into a couple of maintenance problems which detracted from my overall experience.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. While the landscaping was stunning and the pool area was nice, I found the room to be tired and not as clean as I had hoped. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service really dampened my overall experience. I expected more from a Hilton property, especially regarding the amenities and upkeep.
My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Palm Springs, and I truly appreciated the warm cookies at check-in. The spacious rooms and clean facilities were very comfortable, enhancing my overall experience. Though I encountered some noise issues due to a window problem, the staff was generally attentive and friendly, which made a positive difference. Overall, it was a great trip, but the noise situation in my room was quite bothersome.
